With over 50 years of tradition, Hotel España houses the namesake restaurant, a pioneer in Tierra del Fuego.


In its menu, you can find dishes with traditional regional products, such as king crab. And it's this dish of Chilean silverside () with garlic aroma, one of the stars of the charismatic chef of the restaurant, Hernán López.


Hernán describes it as simple, homey, and seasonal cuisine. The island condition is precisely what sets the tone at the Hotel España table, which takes advantage of what the sea and Tierra del Fuego provide, mainly.
