It's the place to try guanaco meat in Tierra del Fuego. Karkamke opened its doors in 2019, and in its menu, you can also find a lamb sandwich, another traditional highlight of the province.


The guanaco burger is an icon, and although you can prepare it with ingredients of your choice, the house suggests an unbeatable mix: creamy cheese, tomato, caramelized onions and peppers, and caper sauce. This on homemade bread and accompanied by rustic potatoes—a delight.


This year, Karkamke bet on a larger space, where you can combine these burgers with great cocktails.
